Crocs-when riding an escalator

Untitled-2.jpg
Well Crocs footwear are quite famous and known for there soft, light and slip-free features. They are also believed to be extremely comfortable and in addition are anti-microbial and odor resistant. When summer’s just around the corner, they pose to be the perfect sandals for your kids. Well there was this article which I stumbled onto on parenting-weblog where a mother, Daphne, had narrated her ghastly experience while she was going down a mall escalator with her daughter who was wearing crocs. As they the mother-daughter duo was coming down, Sophia’s crocs happened to get caught on the side of the escalator. People around them were clueless. The mother first mistook her child to be overly excited about something only to realize a few moments later that her shoe was being EATEN by the crack between the escalator and side foot rail. The mother actually skipped a heartbeat for she feared that her child’s leg would be gobbled up just as her pink crocs. By the grace of the Almighty, Sophia escaped unhurt. The narrator also quotes “I hope you learn from our experience. Like I said, I don't know if it’s the shoe or the escalator... but just in case lets always be prepared and act fast."

Let your kids burn off pent up energy and help them sleep better! Many children snore. Snoring is a noise that occurs during sleep when the child is breathing in and there is some blockage of air passing through the back of the mouth. Loud and regular nightly snoring is often abnormal in otherwise healthy children. While snoring may be a social issue, there are real medical reasons to seek evaluation and treatment for the condition. It disturbs sleep patterns and deprives a person of rest. When severe, it can cause serious health problems, including obstructive sleep apnea which can lead to heart disease. Experts already know that obesity is a risk factor for snoring and sleep-disordered breathing for all ages, including children.
